Working for Shepherd Stubbs for over 8 months, Nisha Suberwal has been presented with Temp of the Quarter due to the positive feedback that has been received on a regular basis.  Her Manager said “Nisha has demonstrated an outstanding work ethic with her willingness to work hard, take new things on board and offer suggestions for ways/systems to improve the way we work. She is reliable and helpful and always willing to learn new things. She repeatedly gives an outstanding performance in terms of understanding her role and her commitment to the job, together with continuous speed and accuracy. Christine Davies

Christine Davies received Temp of the Quarter as she has been a great candidate to work with.  She is flexible in her approach and her attendance has been exceptional. Cleo Dabner, Bedford

Cleo Dabner has been a temporary member of staff and has shown commitment whilst working on her current assignment.  Tom Waterfall, Business Manager, said the following; “Cleo has been working with us for almost 2 months as our sole receptionist covering long term sickness of our usual team member. She has really helped us out of a sticky situation, she picked up the job very quickly and continues to be interested in improving her skills and as a result the service she provides our patients. Cleo has a happy disposition, is keen to learn and is good with our patients. We would be sunk without her!”.

Linda Fuzzey (second from the right)

Linda Fuzzey has been working for Shepherd Stubbs over the past few years on a variety of different assignments, showing her dedication and versatility.  Linda’s current Line Manager, Catherine Morton said “Linda became a very valued member of the team very quickly, with her very can do attitude and willingness to help out. Working for Shepherd Stubbs for over 6 months now, Amy Crisp, Administrator, has been nominated for Temp of the Quarter due to her hard work, commitment and constant dedication to both her current assignment and Shepherd Stubbs.  Her line manager, Rob Millward said “Amy is a very good worker who fits into the team seamlessly; she is a really hard worker who has shown flexibility throughout her assignment. She has been really reliable and is very much a member of the team”.

Jo Anne Morton

Jo Anne Morton has been working with Waterline Solutions since April 2012.  She  certainly made an impact within the business as she is now a permanent member of  the team.  Her Manager Alex Budaiova said “When we heard that Jo-Anne was given  the temp of the quarter award we were not surprised. We think it is great that her  hard work is being appreciated.  When Jo-Anne first started at our company, it was not easy for her. She did not have a very good hand over period, but despite this she fought her way through the amount of work and procedures. Alex Wilson MCIPD

Shepherd Stubbs, who as well as being an REC accredited centre for the Certificate in Recruitment Practice national recruitment qualifications scheme, was one of the first in the region to have its training and development achievements recognised by being awarded IIP (Investors in People) ‘Silver’ in 2009.

Jonathan Stubbs comments, “Our business is committed to professional learning and development in the HR and Recruitment arenas.  It is typical of our belief that we encourage and support not only those that are part of our existing organisation but also those that are no longer working in the business.  This part-time post graduate degree has enabled Alex to gain a qualification and incorporate her family priorities whilst providing her with a more generalist HR knowledge base to take forward in future HR consultancy projects with local businesses.”
