Temps Of The Quarter

At Shepherd Stubbs, we really value the hard work that each and every temporary worker contributes whilst working within our clients’ organisations.
Every quarter we award a temporary worker, from each branch, the “temp of the quarter” certification. This is given to the person that has excelled within their post(s). They are presented with a certificate to acknowledge their achievements.
The winners for January to March 2012 are:
BEDFORD:
Heather Williams has proved to be a conscientious, hardworking candidate for Shepherd Stubbs. Mark Corrigan, Logistics Coordinator, stated “Heather thoroughly deserved this award due to her dedication and commitment to her work. Since she joined our team, Heather has always given 100%, her daily performance and results was one of the best. Heather has fitted into our team really well and gets on with everyone here at Evolution. I have every confidence in her abilities to be the best at whatever she decides to do in the future and I hope she remains with Evolution Homecare for some time to come”.
ST NEOTS:
Jenna Lewis has been working through Shepherd Stubbs at The Papworth Trust since January 2012. Since this time Jenna has proved to be an asset. She was recognised for her work ethic and ability. Linda Moss, Facilities Supervisor said “Jenna came to work for The Papworth Trust as a part time temp receptionist. She settled into the receptionist roll very quickly and staff were soon making use of her admin skills while manning the front desk. A member of staff was so impressed with her work that I was asked if they could poach her from me, I agreed and she now temping for us full time carrying on with the work she had started. She is also really friendly I would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone”. The member of staff in question was Martin Frost, Project Manager, who has been highly impressed with Jenna’s ability, he stated “Jenna has proved to be a real asset, working on a complicated project she has picked up the main issues quickly and produced some excellent work. An ideal Project Support Co-ordinator, she has a lot of potential to further develop a career in Project Management in the future”.
KETTERING:
Paul Ohren Bird has been working through our Kettering office since January 2012 and has always proven to be a reliable and trustworthy candidate. Paul is working at BAM Nuttall and Alan Shingler, Senior Contracts Advisor said “Since joining the team Paul has made a huge contribution to the work we are currently undertaking both by the use of his extensive office administration skills and also his practical abilities. He has made it possible to get a new office running smoothly in a much shorter time that it would otherwise have taken.”
